01 Our mission: financial literacy across paywalls and languages

Financial literacy should never be blocked by a paywall, a login form or a language barrier. Our goal is to give everyone, anywhere, an accurate and transparent way to understand the numbers behind a mortgage, a salary, a loan or a measurement — instantly and in their own language.

02 Four core modules: free mortgage, tax/VAT, loan and unit converters

Every tool is engineered around a real financial decision, with visual breakdowns and exportable results.

• Mortgage: commercial, provident-fund and combined loans, equal-installment and equal-principal methods, an early-repayment simulator and a full amortization schedule with CSV export.
• Tax: personal income tax under cumulative monthly withholding, year-end bonus (separate vs combined) and VAT inclusive/exclusive conversion.
• Loan: a general monthly-payment calculator for consumer, business and car loans, comparing both repayment methods side by side.
• Converter: length, weight, area, volume, temperature and speed across metric, imperial and traditional Chinese units.

03 Principles we build on: local-first, engineering quality, multilingual

Local-first: all mortgage, tax, loan and unit-conversion math runs in your browser. There is no backend, no analytics SDK and no cookie-based tracking, so the figures you type never touch a server.

Engineering quality: built with Vue 3, TypeScript and Pinia in a modular, strictly typed, production-ready architecture designed for long-term maintenance.

Accessible and multilingual: the entire interface and all explanatory content are localized into six official UN languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Russian and Arabic), with automatic right-to-left layout for Arabic.
